Offline Guided Meditation helps you learn and practice meditation with spoken English guidance. It works offline and is account-free. It is developed for GrapheneOS, with support for Android 15 or newer.
Today suggests a practice and shows up to three other choices on the same screen. Each choice opens its details, and nothing plays until you start it. Explore opens with techniques in a list. You can also view them as stars on a connected map you can pan and zoom. The techniques cover a broad variety of approaches, and each one leads to individual sessions. Every practice has a short summary of what it is for. Courses are available for selected techniques. A course suggests the next lesson based on what you have completed, and every lesson in it is open from the start.
Sessions alternate short guidance with quiet practice. You can pause, resume, or end at any point, and skip back or forward 15 seconds in supported guided playback. Some sessions let you adjust the length or the amount of guidance. Where supported, you can choose session sounds and add an available reflection. The silent timer offers optional bells or gongs.
My text lets you write or import your own guidance or a passage you choose. Save it, then tap Listen to hear it read aloud with on-device speech.
Guidance plays from included narration and on-device speech. Practice history and your saved texts are stored encrypted on the device. The app has no tracking and requests no internet permission.
