Liseur
Liseur is an EPUB reader for Android built on the Readium toolkit. It opens books from local folders, can read them aloud to you, and is also a client for calibre-web, Komga, BookOrbit, liseur-sync and OPDS catalogs. Books from every source show up on the same shelf.
Read aloud
Liseur reads any book to you, highlighting each sentence and turning the page as it goes. By default it uses the voices already on your phone, so it works offline and the text stays on the device. For other voices, you can connect a speech server: one you run yourself, such as Kokoro, or a hosted service like OpenAI, Mistral or Groq.

Privacy
No ads, trackers, analytics or account. Liseur only connects to the book and speech servers you add, to the dictionary site if you turn it on, and to Project Gutenberg when you browse it. It does not use Google Play services or any proprietary library.
